My mom has received wonderful care living in here. They take the time to get to know you well and they meet her needs. I couldn't ask for a better place or a better experience. The programs offered are spectacular.

We moved our dad into the memory care a month ago and couldn’t be happier. The staff is very caring and attentive and he seems to be doing much better than he was at home. He is joining in with the activities they plan and has made friends. We are very grateful and at ease knowing he is in good hands.

I like it here because at home I was bored. I am surrounded by people. I never call my family to complain. My days go boom boom boom, I have a schedule and a routine. I am happy here. I play my country music and while that is playing I watch a movie. The meals are different than home, but I am never hungry. Excellent, Really Excellent. I am really happy they have something like this.

I can't say enough about how caring the staff are in the memory care unit. They are so patient with my aunt, I've never seen her not looking her best. The place is clean, some residents are able to converse, a lot of them walk around. They have a nice amount of activities, I watched them do a virtual activity with goggles it looked like the residents were enjoying themselves.

As an r evident of Oxford Crossing, I find that the most important part is the staff of health care providers. My experience is that they are competent, caring and resourceful, providing expert assistance when problems arise with medical suppliers and doctor’s instructions. The medical technicians here are supportive, friendly, and understanding of my issues.

The staff is very friendly and they keep you busy during the day with activities. The food is not the greatest food has been black or burned and should not be served and there should be on the menu food like pork, ham regular pork products for residents that are non Jewish. Overall I am satisfied

Great community! Compassionate people ! Engaging activity programs love how the staff get to know the interests of each resident. Chef’s table experience is top notch gives 5-star restaurant quality without leaving home.

The food is here is pretty good. There are times where I might not like the option, but they always provide a great alternate option. Even when I am not feeling well they bring food to my room. I am always able to get help when I need it.

I visited my loved one in this community. It is beautiful to say the least, the staff were very caring and kind with how they spoke to my family member and how they treated her. She said they are always like this. I'd recommend this community to friends and family.

I was exhausted being a caregiver. Between the medication for an array of ailments plus dementia I felt I had reached my limitations. Professional skilled care by a staff that included her Primary Doctor and Psychiatric Doctor along with dementia trained nursing and health aid care was needed. While I had great success using a nursing outfit Mon to Fri while I worked, the nights a d weekends were too much for me to handle by myself. Mom entered Cambridge Crossing. Due to the adjustment my mother is having a hard time adjusting and is a challenge. Her medication has, and still is, being adjusted according to daily reports between the Wellness Director and the nurses, and aides. The Wellness Director discusses my mom's circumstances with the Doctors so appropriate changes are made. Even the Administrator immediately worked with maintenence to install overhead lighting after I merely mentioned to the staff member that my mom has macular degeneration. I am very happy with my choice!

They were kind enough to provide me a last minute tour. Wonderfully knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Building was immaculate. Numerous activities. Very nice dining room. Got a lot of info and they are very willing to accommodate your needs. Highly recommended!

Dad and his partner just moved into Oxford and we couldn't be happier. Lovely bright and sunny corner unit on the 1st floor with easy access to several exits when necessary. Plenty of room in the one bedroom, one bath with a perfect little kitchen and lots of storage space. Dad still drives so was given a parking space with close access. Friendly staff who worked very hard to get them settled in a very short window and made arrangements for all the little things we needed. The other residents are making the two of them feel welcome and comfortable by inviting them to social activities and inviting them to sit at various tables for dinner. Lovely holiday decorations really liven up the lobby and common areas. Fees seem reasonable and fair. We are so glad to have found this place!

My loved one very much enjoys the food, and enjoys the activities as well. We are satisfied with everything. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

I found the Terraces at Westminster through A Place Called Mom. The Terraces has been very ideal for my elderly relative who has a lot of health challenges. The staff at the Terraces have embraced her challenges. Our family is grateful for the kindness and care that is being shown to our aunt. Thank you also to A Place Called Mom for telling us about the Terraces.

[name removed], the senior care advisor called me and texted me for days as she helped me through tough decisions. It was wonderful to have someone who knew what they were doing and really cared!!!!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. My mother replies that the food was delicious! Our experience moving her in was effortless.

I'm overwhelmed by how wonderful this place is. Everything is so great. We couldn't have put my brother and sister in law in a better place. This community is a perfect fit! I knew it from the moment I walked in. I toured so many others, but got a different feeling about this one from day one. All of the other facilities felt the same, but not this one. The residents are different here, they're happy and nice and the overall atmosphere is the best. Everyone is on a first name basis. One thing that was important to us was the activities. In their previous facility, they spent most of their time in their room and didn't participate in the activities. But here, they participate all the time. They have things here that they're actually interested in. It's wonderful! Both of them are so much more full of life here. This has been a great change for them. The food is very good, they're very pleased. Good variety and quality. They were actually bragging on the food just yesterday. They really like it! Communication with the family is wonderful, they all communicate with me. They also use an app for communication. I get updates on activities and other things through it. I would recommend this community to everyone!

The staff at Springfield Crossings has just been amazing, they have really gone above and beyond to make sure our loved one is feeling comfortable. The sales team is amazing and you can tell all the staff from top to bottom really love working together - they not only are so friendly with our loved one but to our family as well. They have a lot of activities going on every single day, you can see them on the public schedule. We really like the look of the community and the price was one of the lowest prices compared to other communities we had toured. So we think the value is great.
