We had a very good experience with the assisted living side of Allendale Senior Living Community. The skilled nursing side was not as good of an experience, they did not have enough staff members working.

It has been, a very positive experience.

They have excellent trips at the watermark. They try to please everybody with lunch trips to dinner trips as well as shopping trips. The only downfall is sometimes the van is broken or the van driver calls out sick. When this happens, they simply cancel the trips. If the trip is to a show where people have tickets, they will provide a Lyft but other than that they just cancel the trips. This is not good. They need to provide Lyfts. People who live there are paying for the service. It’s just not right.

From the first meeting, with [name removed,] to the compassion my mom has received from, [ name removed,] and especially the nurse [name removed,] I know that my mom is very well looked after, and that gives me a peace of mind.

During the stressful time of finding a place for my cousin I found the staff of Cambridge extremely helpful and available to questions about the process of placing my cousin in memory care.

I would encourage you to visit the community and visit with the administrators in the building, along with their cleanliness and friendliness to see if it is a good fit. The assisted living community really needs to look like a residence you would want to live in. The community was able to work with the family and our loved ones in getting my loved one back to using a walker in a short amount of time. [Name removed] the sales coordinator, [Name removed] a nurse, [Name removed] a Physical Therapist, and the administrator were there for support of our loved ones. during this transition

The people that took care of my dad were simply amazing, I would give them higher than a 5 if I could. If I were looking at this facility online I would tell others that the size of the room was fabulous because we could meet as a family and we did not feel crammed. It was a very nice place and did not feel institutional at all. If you like to take your loved one outside, they do have a trail close by and a nice outside space. I would recommend them to others looking.

Cambridge was our very first tour experience. It was a very good introduction to the experience of looking into Assisted Living on short notice. Our guide was very informational. The weekend we went, there were not a lot of residents about. But we got an idea of what the rooms where like and activities. But without more people out and about, it was hard to get an overview of what daily weekday life would be. They were on the high end of price range, but we had a very good experience.

This community is awesome. I am totally happy with them my father has good care, good company and good food at this community. They have activities like bingo, crosswords, card making, all kinds of things for the residents to do to socialize and bond in the community. They pass out warm cookies for snack and more this community is just amazing for us. You feel like family here from the moment that you walk in it is just a good family community. My father is thriving here.

It's a really good place to be if you have to be in a nursing facility. It's about as good as it gets. They offer some activities including bingo, etc. They are just getting started back up with the activities. Now that covid is ending. The dining room is opening back up and is beautiful. The lobby is really nice. The management staff is located in the lobby area and they are very cooperative and responsive with any concerns.

I recently moved my mother into this place. I had a very positive experience with the dynamic Director of Sales/Community, Move in Coordinator and Activities Director. They took such good care of my mother during the actual move-in date and prior to that were so patient with me and really took care of answering all my questions and putting me at ease. I’m very happy with the quality of the place, the food and staff who take care of my mother. I feel at ease knowing that my mother is in wonderful hands and that they will take good care of her.

Sunrise of Carroll is awesome! Sometimes my loved one can be difficult and they have been marvelous to work with and assisting my loved one. There has been a variety of food for my loved one and they go the extra mile to assist with finding new things to eat as well for my loved one.

This community was very good and it was a great tour. I would have put my loved one at this community if we were able to be accepted.

I toured the community and I was pleasantly surprised. everyone was very friendly and attentive. I was there during lunch time and the meals were attractive and smelled amazing! I love the all-inclusive pricing no other facility around the area offers all-inclusive. Definitely I will be moving my loved one into Allendale.

The community is very nice with friendly and helpful staff. Some of the activities offered are arts and crafts, outings, and more for the residents to choose from. They are willing to work with dietary restrictions if your loved one has any.

This facility is BEAUTIFUL. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly. If the cost would not have been so high, this would have been our first choice.

Both my mother and Aunt are residents at Cambridge Assisted Living in Moorestown. Since Cambridge took over (was Lutheran’s Crossing) the facility gets a five star rating. The upgrades have been great and the staff is top notch. [name removed], the facility coordinator for the Assisted Living facility is absolutely amazing!!! Also a shout out to the aides [name removed] that are so kind and caring. I highly recommend Cambridge!!!

I would recommend the community to others. The people are all very nice. The staff keeps you well informed when something happens. My loved one is happy here. This is number one to us. The food is enjoyed by loved one. They have activities for the residents to participate in.
